As a key member of the PNW Strategic Leadership Team, this senior-level role is responsible for leading the growth of our Transportation business. You will drive our engagement with transportation clients in the local transportation sector to develop strong 
working relationships and delivery a variety of multi-modal transportation assignments including transportation planning, environmental and social infrastructure planning, active transport and road and rail infrastructure.


This Market Leader role will work closely with the Division General Manager and the Strategic Client and Markets Leader to direct the team to drive and deliver profitable sustainable growth, alongside taking leadership roles in major projects. You will inspire 
excellence and innovation.

 

As a Market Leader, you will be expected to deliver and embed all relevant Sector and Regional strategies within your team, working with Practice Leaders, Account Leaders, and the Area Commercial Manager. You should have, or have the ability to establish, an acute awareness of the relevant market environment and demonstrate sound business, financial, and growth-centered management.

 

As a Senior Leader, you will be expected to act as an ambassador and voice for Mott MacDonald within your team, articulating and representing the brand, purpose, and our refreshed Strategy, and be responsible for managing complex relationships and priorities.


Key characteristics of a successful team lead are a positive, can-do perspective, strong communication skills, attentiveness to staff performance and development commercial acumen, relevant industry insight, and the ability to establish good relations with staff, 
clients and partners.
