We are looking for Talent Aquisition Advisor for our Energy sector to join our established TA and HR team in Noida/Bangalore/Mumbai. As one of our Talent Acquisition team in India, you’ll find yourself working closely with our senior team members. Building reliable relationships, you’ll be using your creativity and skills to attract and onboard job seekers using various methods of sourcing. You will be involved in both day to day and strategic recruitment, with a particular focus on large scale project recruitment for key projects in the region. As part of our team you will be involved in end to end recruitment including Key Duties: - Sourcing “longlists” of appropriate candidates for the business by prioritizing the use of the internal applicant tracking system as well as external platforms (including but not limited to Regional Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Effectively utilize the internal database and employee referral scheme to build highly efficient talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes and qualify candidates to find out best fit across a broad range of IT positions.
- Engage and activate passive candidates via targeted and personalized approaches
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on various sourcing streams including, but not limited to company provided sourcing tools, database search, internet sourcing initiatives, tactical research, social media initiatives, sourcing campaigns and other relevant channels.
- Extensively work on market benchmarking exercises to stakeholders about market standards and trends.
- Manage all inbound applications, ensuring every applicant receives a positive experience of Mott MacDonald
- Create engaging unbiased job adverts that set us apart in our market, ensuring all advertising material is in line with the Mott MacDonald tone of voice.
- Work collaboratively with line & hiring managers and the wider talent acquisition team to both identify and engage the talent we require.
- Ensure all live roles are managed in a consistent manner, ensuring that expectations and service level agreements are met, and candidate experience is always prioritized.
- Accountable for effectively positioning Mott MacDonald as an employer of choice when compared to the market standard and convert passive candidates in our markets to highly effective employees at Mott MacDonald.
- Innovate hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding suitable IT candidates.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top talent for the openings
- Manage the relationship with Hiring Managers, encouraging their participation in recruitment.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous development across the Regional Talent Acquisition function

Candidate Specification : |
- Educated to Degree level with proven experience in Global Talent sourcing in a Corporate, complex, professional services / engineering environment
- Highly efficient in sourcing strategies and creating highly effective talent pipelines.
- Must have hiring experince and deep understanding of Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Thermal Genration, Transmissions & Distributions, Hydropower , Renwable substation etc.)
- Have a sound knowledge of a quality recruitment process
- Must have a working knowledge of recruiting policies and practices.
- Experience of using a bespoke recruitment tool, database or applicant tracking system
- Proven ability to deliver an excellent and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Be customer focused, ensuring candidates and stakeholders receive an engaging and consistent experience
- Social media savvy with strong ideas of how to best utilize platforms to drive talent attraction

- Have a flexible approach to working hours as some extended hours may be required to participate in calls with regions outside of the INDIA.
