  • Minimum 8 years working experience in civil infrastructure or building development or airfield or similar works as an Engineer/ Project Manager in construction contract administration for works of similar nature. 
  • Possess an Engineering degree recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore. 
  • Completed at least a project of similar nature as a Superintending Officer Representative Assistant or equivalent using PSSCOC or equivalent.
  • Experienced and conversant with statutory code, PSSCOC or equivalent, contract administration management of claims and Extension of Time, progress reporting, requirements for site management and supervision, project execution plan and quality control procedures.
