Job Description :
 

Responsibilities:
Understand the project commercials and cost management of the project including:
•    To manage a team of project enablers/project control staff, allocate work to them, monitor the progress and ensure quality delivery of the task/work
•    Participate in business development calls with internal clients and follow up with them on regular basis for new tasks/works
•    Having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proactively involved in improving the process and bring efficiency to it.
•    Do project set up, prepare budget, resource profiling through project control tools/software and monitor the actual cost/hours against budget, do earned value analysis etc.
•    Preparation of agreements, change control notes, invoices etc. Ensure use of standard templates, information etc. across all similar projects.
•    Follow up with internal clients on approval of IETs, change control notes/task orders, invoices etc.
•    Supporting Project Manager on Business Management System activities, weekly/monthly progress reports etc.
•    Understanding the existing dashboards and preparing new dashboards using power BI or any other tools including automation
 

Candidate Specification :
Qualifications as below:

•    Degree in B.E. / B. Tech. Any additional degree in Finance would be an added advantage. 
•    Relevant years working on design consultancy. 13+ years of experience is must for the role
•    Should have project related working experience
