We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Project Strategy and Delivery (PSD) team as Early Career Program. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, working on various projects across the company. The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

 

Education
•    Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or related field, with project management background will be advantaged.

Experience
•    Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant work/internship experience 
•    Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
•    Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•    Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
•    Good standard of written English and communication

Work Environment
•    Work in Office Jakarta and the candidate may travel to Project sites as required.
•    Work a standard 40-hour week, although the candidate may work longer hours to meet deadlines or to coordinate with team members in other time zones.

 

As ECP-Project Management, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organisation. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals at the early stage of their careers to develop their project management skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
