To be considered for the role you must have:

  • A degree in built heritage (or equivalent)
  • Several years’ experience in a historic built environment focussed role.
  • Knowledge of the historic environment in the UK and experience of built heritage surveys.
  • Understanding of the role of the UK planning system regarding the historic environment.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
