What are some of the key projects the Asia team has worked on?​

We focus on projects that support social, economic and environmental benefits for local communities. With us, you will be actively challenged to use your ingenuity to deliver lasting value and sustainable  solutions to our clients and the communities we work in.​

From the get-go, our graduates across Asia may get involved in:

  • Transport projects – various metro projects in Singapore, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Hong Kong and Changi Airports, North-South Corridor, transport infrastructure including highways, roads, bridges.
  • Buildings projects – various institutional, medical, commercial & mixed-use development building projects.
  • Energy projects – technical advisory and owners' engineering work on renewable energy projects, for example, solar offshore wind, battery energy storage system, transmission and distribution.
  • Water projects – flood prevention, coastal protection​

The graduate programme entails a range of learning activities to support your journey as a graduate. This is designed to supplement your on-the-job training and learning that is essential for your career development.

What will my career development look like? ​

You will get to participate in regular feedback and development conversations with your line manager to set goals and discuss your individual learning needs.  We provide opportunities to connect and collaborate with a network of local, regional, and global technical experts to deepen your knowledge and domain expertise.  We provide support for professional accreditation and charterships, and scholarship funds if you choose to further your education post-graduation. The graduate programme aims to teach the technical and soft skills that will develop our graduates into well-rounded consultants.

Formal learning​

A structured development programme with learning milestones is designed for our graduates that will speed up the rate of your development and competence. ​

This includes:​

  • Onboarding workshops on various topics like career planning advice, as well as talks by subject matter experts.​
  • The Festival of Wild Ideas event where graduates from across the region collaborate in groups to solve a business problem using creative ideas. This is a chance to be innovative and develop your skills.​
  • Mentorship that helps you to gain confidence and develop new perspectives in your field.​
  • A learning management system where you can self-enrol into courses, both in-person and virtually.
  • Self-paced learning pathways such as the Renewable Energy Academy.

What kind of person are we looking for?​

We are seeking people with drive, reliability, creativity, and the willingness to continually learn. We embrace people  with diverse views, who can contribute different skills and knowledge to the workplace to support positive business  outcomes and promote our values. The quality of our people is a vital asset, and we are constantly on the lookout for talented and self-motivated graduates who can thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment.​

How do I apply and what is the recruitment process?​

There are various ways to apply:​

  1. Apply directly through our website or our job posting on your university career portal.​
  2. Talk to our representatives at your local career fairs.​

The recruitment process begins when you submit your CV. This will be reviewed and if you meet the necessary criteria, you will receive a phone call regarding your application. The next stage would be the interview stage and there may be more than one interview. If you successfully pass the interview stage, you will be offered the role. You will then need to complete some documentation so that we can undertake required checks, and once you pass this stage you will agree a start date with your line manager.​

What package do you offer?​

We offer competitive salary and package arrangements as well as benefits which include:​

Do you offer a relocation package when I join?

Not usually as we try to hire local graduates where possible.

Do you support certification, registration or license for my discipline?​

Yes, we support our graduates who wish to gain professional accreditation in your relevant discipline, be it engineering,  planning, surveying, project management, human resource, finance or any other field.

What opportunities are there to travel?​

Depending on the business and project needs, overseas opportunities for short-term and long-term assignments may  be considered.
