Biography

Rosa leads Mott MacDonald’s engagement with large energy end users such as airports, ports, water companies, data centres, industrial sites and local authorities. She helps clients with a range of energy and decarbonisation related problems, with an end goal of organisational and site-wide energy transformation.

She has over 15 years’ experience in energy and decarbonisation, including strategy, policy, regulation, business development, consulting and professional services.

Her previous career includes the UK Government Department for Energy and Climate Change, a FTSE100 energy company SSE and the global law firm Clifford Chance. Rosa is also a Non-Executive Director at the Retail Energy Code Company and the Conservative Environment Network.
