Biography
Peter has over 25 years of experience in buildings and infrastructure projects, including 13 years for Mott MacDonald in New Zealand and three years in London undertaking rail, tunnel and stadiums projects. As a client director, he is responsible for client engagement and strategic market development.
Peter has been instrumental in establishing and growing our New Zealand operations from two full-time staff in 2011 to 300+. During this time as managing director, he championed cross-discipline collaboration, creative problem-solving, and the importance of nurturing client relationships. Peter has used this approach to lead teams to successfully deliver some of New Zealand’s landmark infrastructure projects including the Canterbury Multi-Use Arena, the Terminal Development Plan for Auckland International Airport and Auckland City Rail Link.
Peter is a qualified electrical engineer and specialist in lighting design, communications, environmental solutions, value engineering, power distribution, security, lifts, BMS and CCTV. He has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons).
