I am motivated by two strongly held themes. As a leader of a business, projects, programmes and relationships, I’m here to enable people getting things done. Biography
Paul joined Mott MacDonald in 2002 and now leads the Middle East business, responsible for a diverse, high-performance team. His career has seen development in responsibility through various roles before transitioning to business development and general management.
A highly experienced professional, Paul holds chartership in both civil engineering and project management. He is passionate about project delivery, exemplified through his role as a Fellow of the Association for Project Management that recognises his experience and background in high value, complex projects and programmes.
Paul has a unique view of the global asset development and the international construction industry, having worked in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and North America, leading projects and gathering experience that spans engineering, management, and development in a variety of sectors. This expertise brings real value and insight to clients, driving focused strategy and high-value services.
He is passionate about innovation, improvement, efficiency, and success in all projects and programmes. He develops solutions centred on inclusivity, leading technology, and the transformative power of digitalisation.
