Biography
Holding an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Energy Engineering, and an MBA, Kevin is the global practice leader for Building Services, leading the activities of the practice across the business.
Throughout his career, Kevin has always had a personal focus to produce engineering solutions that improve the comfort and wellbeing of occupants and minimise the impact on the environment, and he has held roles in various functions, including R&D, design, project and technical leadership, and general management.
Kevin’s career has also provided him the opportunity to live and work in various locations in the UK and in Canada, the Middle East, and Hong Kong.
As President of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) for 2022/23, Kevin has championed the imperative to ‘Inspire the next generation’, launching five challenges to CIBSE members to Celebrate, Inspire, Boost, Share and Engage to publicise the contribution that Building Services Engineering makes to society and to encourage others to join the profession.
