Biography
Kelly Baxter is Mott MacDonald’s practice leader in water and wastewater treatment, North America. She specializes in wastewater treatment and pump station design, with expertise in wastewater process and mechanical design, including enhanced nutrient removal, biosolids treatment, and energy efficient design.
Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, including management of multidiscipline engineering projects ranging in size from under 1 MGD to 600 MGD. Prior to joining Mott MacDonald in 2018, she was with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson for 14 years.
