What do you enjoy about working here?

I enjoy working with the great people at Mott MacDonald. Each team and discipline bring their own specialties, knowledge and respective way of doing things, that in my experience, works very well.

I think the flexibility in my job and role has allowed me to take on a wide range of new skills. The culture of continued learning means that I am constantly stimulated to become not only better at my role, but more thoughtful and expansive in how our work impacts businesses, society and the natural world around us.

I’m thankful to have such a supportive network and environment to ask questions. I’m able to learn through others and to ask for help when I need support or want to learn new things.
