Biography
Dean Radeloff serves as the president and CEO of Mott MacDonald’s North America business, having joined the company in 2022 as regional development manager for North America with responsibility for delivering the U.S. and Canada’s ambitious growth strategy.
During his time at Mott MacDonald, Dean has successfully led the fundamental re-organization of our development, marketing and proposal efforts in the region. He has driven a highly focused and strategic approach to business development, client engagement and sales in North America, and extended his strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams. These efforts have resulted in record sales and backlog in the Region.
Dean’s career spans over 35 years across the fields of environmental engineering, residential, commercial and heavy civil infrastructure construction, consulting design and engineering, and business development and sales. Prior to joining Mott MacDonald he was senior vice president and business development director for Parsons.
