Biography
As global practice leader of strategy and transformation Dave leads Mott MacDonald’s strategy consulting capabilities across economics, business case, infrastructure finance, procurement and supply chain, asset management, digital strategy, enterprise transformation and management consultancy.
Dave has worked for a variety of clients including governments, banks, infrastructure funds, project sponsors and regulators around the world, delivering business plans for >$73bn of infrastructure assets in 20 countries worldwide.
Much of the consulting advice during this time has been at the executive level, commonly working with sponsors and/or their executive management team to optimise business plans, acquisition strategies or on the improvement of general management and capital delivery functions of infrastructure businesses.
