Biography

Leading our business across Asia Pacific, New Zealand, and Australia, Adrian oversees the delivery of Mott Macdonald’s business strategy in these areas, fostering global collaboration and Technical Excellence while also driving regional expansion.

He has a people-centred approach to leadership, with a focus on creating value and equipping teams to excel in the dynamic world of engineering and project management. For Adrian, success is not just measured in project milestones, but in fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity that resonates throughout the engineering community.

Throughout his professional journey, Adrian has led businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. He has led significant projects, including the iconic Dubai Creek Tower, designed by Santiago Calatrava, and contributing to the success of the Motiongate Theme Park in Dubai, as well as the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa in Wellington. His experience also extends to key projects in Australia, such as the Victoria Cross Metro Station in Sydney, the Commonwealth Law Courts in Adelaide and the Flinders Medical Centre Adelaide.
