Excellence in innovation  

We established a support and development framework to guide innovations, from inception through to implementation at scale, which eventually became part of our business as usual.  

In 2023 we strengthened this framework so that we can bring forward an increasing number of innovations for the benefit of our clients. 

Our framework has been recognised by the British Standards Institution (BSI), who awarded us their Kitemark certification for innovation management.
