Mott MacDonald’s Mike Haigh elected Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK

Mike Haigh, Mott MacDonald’s former executive chair, has been elected as a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Mike has dedicated his whole career to furthering the engineering profession. Having trained as a civil engineer, he joined Mott MacDonald as a graduate in 1981 and embarked on a career in which he has consistently sought out new challenges: leading major infrastructure projects, driving growth in new markets, running the Group’s regional businesses, leading digital transformation, tackling climate change, and championing equality, diversity and inclusion. Mike continues to support the industry and Mott MacDonald through influencing roles including his position as chair of the influential World Economic Forum Infrastructure Industries Governors Group and as a member of the FIDIC Global Leadership Forum Advisory Board.
