Katherine Miller has been named the 2023 winner of the Young Professional Award from the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies British Columbia (ACEC-BC).
The award recognizes young professionals who have demonstrated excellence in the consulting field and leadership in their communities.

Katherine has been with Mott MacDonald since 2012 and is currently Senior Project Engineer for Rail and Transit. She was recognized by ACEC-BC for her global leadership in advancing equity in the transportation sector. Katherine has demonstrated a deep commitment to her community through her participation in fundraising efforts and by advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in engineering practice.
ACEC-BC described her as a leader with “boundless energy and relentless determination.”
This is the second year that this prestigious award has been granted to a Mott MacDonald associate. Geological engineer Dani Delaloye won the award in 2022.
