On March 17, at its Annual Conference, the New Jersey Section of the American Water Works Association presented the George Warren Fuller Award, its highest engineering award, to John Civardi.
John joins Mark Tompeck, Gary Geck, Joseph Stanley, Nick DeNichilo, and Richard Russo as a Mott MacDonald recipient of this prestigious award.
The Fuller Award is presented each year to members of the American Water Works Association for their distinguished service to the water supply field — in commemoration of the sound engineering skill, brilliant diplomatic talent, and constructive leadership that characterized the life of George Warren Fuller.
John is a tireless reader and a lifelong student of water, technology, and history. He brings unbounded energy to everything he does. John has taught innumerable classes as an adjunct professor and has mentored younger engineers, trying to instill the deep passion that he has for his profession. John is recognized as a national and international authority on water treatment and engineering.
