Dean Radeloff has joined Mott MacDonald as development manager for North American operations.
Based in the company's West Houston, TX office, Dean is responsible for growing Mott MacDonald's business and increasing the number of its major projects in the US and Canada.
Previously a senior vice president and business development director for Parsons, Dean brings a successful track record of building and leading teams of high-performing business development professionals throughout North America — responsible for leading client account management, pursuit capture, marketing, strategic growth, pipeline development, and sales totalling over $1 billion annually. Dean has successfully developed and/or delivered over $3 billion worth of complex, large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects under a variety of delivery models, including design-build and public-private partnerships.

Dean began his career with the Miami-Dade Department of Environmental Resources Management, has worked for Miami International Airport and Odebrecht Construction, and has cofounded several real estate and infrastructure development firms throughout his career.
Dean earned a bachelor’s degree in marine science from the University of Miami. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Florida International University.
Registered as a Professional Engineer in Florida and Texas, he is a member of several professional organisations and has served on the Alternative Project Delivery Committee of the Texas Association of General Contractors.
