Candidate specifications:
Efficient in sourcing strategies and effective in talent search;
Experience in recruitment processes;
Very good English knowledge in speaking and writing;
Experience of using recruitment tools, databases and candidate tracking;
Proven ability to deliver an excellent and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Be customer focused, ensuring that candidates and stakeholders receive an engaging and consistent experience;
Social media savvy with knowledge of how to use global and local platforms such as LinkedIn to attract candidates;
Desirable skills:
Understanding of GDPR in recruitment process in EU countries
Personal Attributes:
Exceptional customer service skills;
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
Pro-active approach to tasks and responsibilities;
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work independently and as a member of an international talent acquisition team.
Job Profile
As a Recruiter, you will be part of an international, growing team involved in the sourcing and recruitment process of our talents. You will have the chance to be a Brand Ambassador for Mott MacDonald. You will liaise with Hiring Managers and other company stakeholders in order to understand the business needs and deliver accordingly. You will have a chance to actively learning about the ins and outs of in house recruitment. You will be working with ATS, job boards and social media and will develop and improve your skills in the sourcing of new Talents.
