About the role

Our Land Development team is growing in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations, with the award of new projects. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, who will lead and manage our ongoing and developing portfolio of Land Development work to provide master planning and design / project management support.

 

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:

  • Lead the design management of planning projects for large scale land development from preconcept master plan through to detailed master plan.
  • Work with our technical teams to meet client requirements and obtain authority approvals and manage local authority stakeholders.
  • Prepare work schedules to convert project objectives into detailed plans, adhering to the client’s requirements.
  • Lead the process of monitoring to ensure output is in line with the agreed specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of the master planning design including the management of master planning sub consultants.
  • Lead the development of master planning deliverables including, development control regulations, data submissions in GIS, urban planning and design guidelines

 

Candidate specifications

  • Extensive years of experience in executing land development /master planning projects; experience in UAE is a must
  • Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects
  • Able to manage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds on geographically and culturally diverse teams
