Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited has been appointed by Civil Engineering and Development Department to undertake construction supervision for Contract No. CV/2023/18 – Site Formation and Infrastructure Works at To Yuen Tung, Tai Po. The works comprise site formation of about three hectares at To Yuen Tung, Tai Po; road improvement works at the junction of Ma Wo Road/Tat Wan Road, the junction of Tat Wan Road/Nam Wan Road and Kwong Fuk Road roundabout, and construction of a footpath on the eastern side of Ma Shing Path; improvement of existing sewage mains at Ma Wo Road, Tat Wan Road and Nam Wan Road; and other infrastructure works including drainage, waterworks, compensatory planting and landscaping. The works has commenced in September 2024 and will take about 43 months to complete. We now invite applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions. Candidates should meet the minimum qualifications and experience required as stated below:
Qualifications and Experience required:
Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent; OR
Level 2 / Grade E (Note 2) or above in five subjects in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent; AND
Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel); AND
Full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties.
Preferably with post-secondary certificate on personnel management or human resources.
Note 1: “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. The subjects include Chinese Language and English Language.
Note 2: Attained Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE+ before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

Appointments will be made on contract term with Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government terms and conditions applicable for Resident Site Staff. The incumbents will be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and to carry out supervision duties in Mainland China or overseas if necessary.
