- Managing and monitoring a busy HR email inbox and allocation of tickets via Service Now (SAP)
- Onboarding new starters into the system and monitoring probationary period
- Managing the administration component of terminations, role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment
- Preparation of letters and other documentation
- Maintaining employee files and filing
- Producing reports from the HRIS system
- Answering HR related enquires and ensuring they are dealt with correctly in a positive, friendly, and professional manner
- Working effectively in a small team to achieve operational targets
- Be developed to support HR activities across the APNA region
- Dealing with multiple stakeholders from within the region
- Supporting the HR team with administration duties as required
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams within Thailand, Asia and Australia as required
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration/Human Resource Management or any other related field is desirable.
- Strong administrative skills and take pride in delivering to a high standard A relevant qualification in a HR related discipline (or similar)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing conflicting priorities
- Proactive problem-solving skills enabling you to ‘think outside the box’ when seeking opportunities to improve service or processes
- Ability to contribute positively and effectively toward team outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Possess good stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across different regions and cultures
- Be self-motivated and solutions focused with a passion for people and HR service delivery
- Previous experience with HR systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors, will be highly regarded.
- Capable of learning new methodologies, skills and tasks that align with the business need.
