Educational Qualifications

- 10 Years of Experience Handling Commercial Contracts / Liaison/ Legal
Job Responsibilities
- Handling all Commercial, Contractual and Legal Issues.
- Managing, Drafting, Responding and Registering Contract Correspondences regularly.
- Advise Project Cost Controllers on Updated Financial Information.
- Liaising with Others Disciplines as required such as Legal, Project
Management, Project Services, Engineering in Reviewing and Recommending Claims Resolutions. - Experience in Review, Analysis, Preparation & Resolution of Contract or Claims.
- Familiarization with Dispute Resolution Procedures & Administration Excellent Communication Skills.
- Make Binding Decisions for Resolving Commercial Disputes in Between Clients.
- Conduct Thorough Analysis of Contractual Risks and Opportunities, Proposing Appropriate Modifications and Mitigations.
- Monitor and Manage the Lifecycle of Contracts, Ensuring Adherence to Contractual Obligations, Timelines, and Deliverables.
- Maintain a Comprehensive Contract Database, Tracking Contract Renewals, Amendments, and Terminations. Commercial and Technical.
Expertise:
- Develop a deep Understanding of Tender/ Projects, Knowledge of Pricing Methodologies Recommendations of Changes if Required.
- Communication and Meeting with Clients / Department visit to find out the Requirement.
- Co-ordinating with External Agencies for Techno-Commercial. Negotiations, Preparation of Tender / Contract Documents.
- Developing and Monitoring the Subcontractor and Supply Agreement Process.
