The position of Assistant Manager presents a compelling opportunity within the realm of mid-management. Responsibilities - will include, but not be limited to:

 

•           AFM is responsible for a function within the entire FSC, Supported by LFA to manage various territories.

•           Actively manage and nurture a diverse and talented team.

•           Focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier individuals.

•           Identify succession plans for critical positions.

•           Implement development plans for exceptional talent.

•           Foster a high-performing workforce.

•           Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, regular formal and informal communications.

•           Seek, take, and address feedback to improve processes and relationships.

•           Identify and implement recommendations to enhance processes and procedures.

•           Simplify, standardize, and improve operations across all functional units.

•           Drive innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

•           Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders by providing insightful inputs and leverage financial acumen.

•           Assist management with the preparation, review, and monitoring of the Finance Shared Services Dashboard.

•           Review KPIs such as utilization, pipeline progress, and development of new business lines.

•           Cultivate an inclusive environment; foster a team culture driven by quality service and collaboration.

•           Create and sustain a work atmosphere rooted in PRIDE values.

•           Enable team members to thrive and achieve their full potential.

 

Candidate Specification:

 

  • To thrive in this position, we seek a talented and ambitious professional with a Chartered Accountant qualification and a proven track record of 3-5 years in the field. Candidates with internship experience from Big 4 firms will be given preference.
  • Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills will be essential in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and driving impactful outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite for this role. As a global organization, there may be opportunities for business travel, both within and outside of India, allowing you to broaden your horizons and gain valuable international exposure.
