Job Profile

 

Civil engineering professional with 3 to 5-year experience of Planning engineer in construction industry (Hospital preferred). Experienced with project management software like MS Projects and Primavera P6.

 

Main responsibilities include.

 

  1. Coordination & Monitoring
    1. Organising Weekly Progress Review Meeting.
    2. Organising monthly Project Control Meetings.
    3. Maintaining issue tracker for all the projects.
    4. Tracking NCR, Quality and snag lists for all the sites.
    5. Coordination with Document Controller for fulfilling the planning function.
    6. Coordination and supporting Planning manager.

 

  1. Reporting

 

  1. Originator of Monthly Project Report.
  2. Originator of Monthly Brief PPT to client and host the meeting.
  3. Originator of Power BI Dashboard.
  4. Regular update of weekly status from all the sites for planning function.
  5. Tracking and reporting contractor submitted planning reports.

 

  1. Project Monitoring

 

    1. Tracking and monitoring Master construction schedule.
    2. Updating project monitoring sheet.
    3. Monitoring work progress and manpower deployment.
    4. Productivity analysis.

 

The candidate must have

  1. Experience in MS Projects
  2. Experience in Hospitals or any Commercial buildings as Planning Engineer

Minimum qualification

  • Diploma/ Degree/ Postgraduate – Bachelor’s in civil engineering
  • Discipline – Civil / Project management
  • Experience:  3 – 5 Years. After (degree / PG)
  • Any special experience: Hospital will be preferred or any commercial buildings
  • Industry: Construction
  • Functional Area:  Project Management
