What do you enjoy about working here?

I have always dreamt of working for a multinational global development consultancy firm, and here, I’ve had the perfect platform to learn and excel in water engineering and project management. I’m grateful for the development opportunities too as Mott MacDonald funded and supported me through my master's degree program at Loughborough University.

Tell us about your specialism and why you chose it

Water engineers solve challenges by developing the processes and systems needed to find and preserve water sources. Put simply, water engineering gives the world access to a continuous supply of clean water for living.

How do you contribute to Mott MacDonald making a difference to people and planet?

My role covers all aspects of project development, from the conceptual stage to the handing-over stages, including coordination, administration, and commercial tasks. I feel proud that we are directly involved in community development, and my contribution helps our society.

How do you demonstrate Technical Excellence in your work?

Embracing excellence and constantly advancing best practices. Creating opportunities for people across the globe to meet and share ideas is a vital part of growing networks of excellence and managing knowledge. The Mott MacDonald culture of excellence helped in winning the prestigious ‘Project Manager of the Year' award in 2013 in the portfolio category.

Where in the world has your role taken you?

Although I am based in Cambridge, UK, my role in the company has taken me to various places in the Middle East, South Asia, and the Americas. While working with Mott McDonald, I have learned about different cultures across diverse countries.
