Biography
Sebastian Pastor manages and develops the federal and defense portfolio in North America. He is a US Army veteran with 22 years of service as an engineer officer, with extensive experience in program and construction management and operational planning for the Department of Defense, federal, and private sector clients.
Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, Sebastian served as a director of operations for Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, a veteran-owned business. While serving in the US Army, he held various roles in planning and leading operations in the US Army’s Engineering Pacific Division, including chief of staff and operations officer. Sebastian also served as engineering director for the 82nd Airborne Division and director of structural engineering assessment operations for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
