Biography
Within the UAE, more than 500 people across our office- and site-based teams support projects in the advisory, buildings and energy markets. As the divisional general manager for the UAE, Richard is responsible for operational performance, commercial management, governance and team leadership.
Richard joined Mott MacDonald in 2013 and plays a vital role in strengthening relationships with our partners, championing client interests and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
He works closely with our market leaders to embed and implement unit and market strategies. He is entrusted with optimising performance across business functions, driving success and leading our people to deliver exceptional services.
