Biography
Paul has transformed and driven the growth of the company’s defence business since joining Mott MacDonald in 2019. As divisional general manager for defence, he is principally responsible for our European defence business, but also serves as the deputy global defence lead, with a particular focus on supporting defence activities in Australia and the USA. His knowledge and leadership have been crucial in guiding our defence account leaders to achieve strong performance and growth.
As a Royal Air Force officer, Paul gained considerable expertise during his 22 years of service. After leaving the military, Paul worked in senior roles at the Ministry of Justice and Anglian Water, prior to joining Mott MacDonald.
Paul is committed to removing siloes and passionately drives collaboration and integration across not only the defence business, but also leverages the diverse and multi-disciplinary expertise and resources of the wider Mott MacDonald organisation to deliver holistic and value-added solutions for clients.
