What do you enjoy about working here?
The culture here is unique. A focus on engineering innovation and positive stakeholder engagement to the satisfaction of our clients is continuously upheld. Issues of contemporary society such as health and safety, sustainability, quality of life and continuous economic growth are routinely addressed.
By being employee-owned and maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and employee satisfaction, the working environment is very enjoyable.
Tell us about your specialism and why you chose it
The design and construction of water infrastructure has always fascinated me due to its essential nature in our day to day lives. I’ve had the privilege of delivering a wide range of project work from feasibility assessments to providing construction phase support for our contractor partners.
How do you contribute to Mott MacDonald making a difference to people and planet?
Working on key water infrastructure has enabled me to feel as if I making a positive contribution to society. Knowing that my work is pivotal to the livelihood of millions of residents is very fulfilling and satisfying.
I also feel the visions and values Mott MacDonald pride themselves on, in delivering projects with a strong emphasis on sustainability and safety – two critical issues of contemporary society - really help with this focus.
What are your career highlights and achievements?
Having had the opportunity to deliver flagship projects for our key clients in the design and build space has been the most rewarding. This has enabled me to develop skills that have evidently made a profound impact to my peers and colleagues, ensuring Mott MacDonald continue to deliver projects to a high standard that exceed the expectations of our clients.
