Biography
Mike Isola serves as the president and chief executive officer of Mott MacDonald's North American business. Under Mike’s leadership, the region has implemented an ambitious growth strategy and is thriving as a true multisector, multidisciplinary company, with industry-leading technical depth and experience in rail, transit, tunnels and underground infrastructure, energy and water. Mike drives a highly integrated and collaborative regional approach, leveraging the breadth of capabilities across the U.S., Canada and Mott MacDonald globally to bring the best of the business to clients in North America.
Mike joined Mott MacDonald in 2020 as chief operations officer for North America, overseeing business operations and leading the development and communication of company strategy and policy. Mike’s career spans more than 30 years in engineering and business management, including leadership roles with the Federal Highway Administration, the Michigan Department of Transportation, AECOM/URS, Parsons Corporation, and Bergmann Associates.
