Biography
Julia is the unit general manager for the west unit in North America. In her role she is responsible for the growth of our business across the Western States including the largest economy in the United States, California. Julia joined Mott MacDonald in 2022 as the unit general manager for the south-central unit, overseeing the Midwest, Gulf Coast and Southeastern states of the U.S.
Julia’s career spans more than twenty years in design and civil engineering. She began her career as a bridge engineer and has extensive experience delivering design-build and alternative delivery projects across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, Julia was vice president and area manager at Parsons where she successfully held various leadership roles. She started her career at Florence & Hutcheson. Julia is a recognized leader in the industry. She is an active member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and leads Mott MacDonald’s efforts with the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA).
