Iman Abi Saab

Iman is an award-winning and active Fellow Chartered member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, with more than two decades of engineering consultancy experience. Iman joined Mott MacDonald in 2012, acting as project manager, design manager and project director, while leading multidisciplinary teams, for the design and delivery of complex multi sector projects in the Middle East and South East Asia.

Championing digital innovation strategies, Iman overcomes key challenges with advanced tools and construction technologies that optimise efficiency, safeguard quality and deliver real value for clients. She drives digital delivery and is committed to achieving better social outcomes with sustainable, low-carbon solutions.

Iman’s leadership has been pivotal in driving Mott MacDonald's commitment to technical excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. As the regional technical excellence leader for Mott MacDonald, her strategic initiatives promote connected thinking, improve the competencies of engineers and increase external engagement with professional and educational institutions, government bodies and others. She is currently acting as regional chair of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IstructE).
