Biography
Frances leads our teams across Australia, overseeing some of the country’s most significant infrastructure projects. Her ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients has been instrumental to the expansion of our Australian business.
Frances began her career as a graduate geotechnical engineer with Mott MacDonald in the UK, and worked on major projects in the UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia before arriving in Australia. She has published over 20 technical papers and has held various technical leadership roles at Mott MacDonald.
Committed to contributing to the world’s transition to renewable energy, Frances has supported the rapid growth of the Australian energy business to meet increasing demands in projects across the region and globally. Frances actively participates in the Mott MacDonald Inclusive Network for Women, promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
