Biography
Doug joined Mott MacDonald in 2002 as a management consultant and progressed through various delivery and operational roles across many sectors. He delivered several noteworthy projects, developed and implemented risk management strategies, and has served on the company shareholder committee, and was appointed as global lead for advisory services in 2019.
In 2023, he took on the role of regional general manager for International Development, South Asia, Middle East and Africa (ISMA), managing a region with 3,000 staff and a total revenue of over £140 million. Doug is responsible for all aspects of operations spanning multiple engineering, consultancy and development markets. Doug enjoys an excellent understanding of the region’s business arena and has a proven track of leading complex projects in both the public and the private sectors.
