How has your career progressed since joining? / How has Mott MacDonald invested in your career?

The events as part of the training programme for UK graduates have been great. They have given me the opportunity to develop my skills and meet other graduates from different parts of the business. As well as the graduate events, I am also being guided and supported by my team to pursue my chartership with Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
