Dan has over 25 years’ experience leading complex infrastructure programmes as a programme manager for both client and consultant organisations. He brings an extensive wealth of knowledge working within challenging and complex business environments with well-developed connections across various industry sectors in the UK and internationally, particularly with contracting, consultancy, and development partners.

In the last ten years, Dan has promoted core competencies of the Mott MacDonald business, held accountability for P&L, and supported our business units to develop their technical projects and programmes management knowledge. He is passionate about creating and developing high performing teams, developing innovative solutions to customers’ challenges, and the impact of AI and automation on the future of project and programme delivery.
