Biography
Charles joined Mott MacDonald in 2023, bringing more than 30 years in the engineering industry. He possesses a wealth of business development and digital experience in his role as regional chief digital officer. He has worked in several senior leadership positions with Topcon, WSP Global, Inc., and Bergmann Associates, where he was founding Director of its 3D Design Services Group and director of information technology.
He is nationally recognized for his expertise in the use of design and construction technology applications, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Augmented & Extended Reality (AR/XR), as well as having spoken at over 150 national and international conferences.
Charles is highly experienced and passionate about establishing and growing new business relationships, while mentoring colleagues, early career professionals, and teammates on how to build and maintain relationships.
