Mott MacDonald has recruited Amy Jablonsky, Steve Bendoraitis and Mike Cadei to our North American water practice. Their diverse skill sets and significant expertise will strengthen our capabilities in water, helping drive growth and innovation in a crucial strategic market.
Amy has been appointed vice president, water market leader, eastern United States, and will focus on cultivating key client and industry partner relationships, while driving an integrated service offering for our water clients. She joins from Arcadis, where she held senior leadership roles globally and nationally over the past 18 years. Most recently she was the resilience water south region director.
As construction management services leader for New York City water projects, Steve will coordinate and advance construction management services for clients in New York City, including the Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) and Department of Design and Construction. In addition to the NYCDEP, Steve has worked on projects for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
As vice president, large diameter water pipeline design leader for North America, Mike will support growth and provide leadership to our large pipeline design team capabilities across North America, aligned with the Mott MacDonald’s regional water market strategy. He will focus on cultivating our capabilities to provide collaborative delivery of large conveyance projects to our clients in water, and provide critical technical leadership. Mike joins from AECOM, where he served as engineer of record, and in project and program management roles on large water projects. Prior to that, he developed and oversaw the delivery of programs exceeding $100 million at a large underground general contractor, including infrastructure for large raw and recycled water conveyance and reservoir projects, and hydropower and multidisciplinary water projects.
