Mott MacDonald has been recognised as one of the UK’s top companies to work for, placing 8th in the new Financial Times’ UK Best Employers 2025.
The achievement is especially meaningful as it reflects the trust and satisfaction of both our own employees, but also the independent evaluation by other people working in our sector, of Mott MacDonald.
The list is based on an independent and unbiased study of around 20,000 employees by Statista and the Financial Times to identify the most highly recommended employers. All firms with more than 250 employees in the UK were eligible for consideration and the most highly recommended 500 have been named in the Best Employers 2025 list.
Statista gathered the data for the listing by asking employees to give their opinions on a series of statements surrounding work-related topics including working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image regarding their current employer. Participants were also given the opportunity to evaluate other employers in their sector that stood out positively or negatively.
Richard Risdon, executive board member and managing director for UK & Europe at Mott MacDonald, said: “We’re really pleased to have made the top 10 of the Financial Times listing – it is a fantastic endorsement of our company. As an employee owned business, people are at the heart of Mott MacDonald. We make huge efforts to ensure Mott MacDonald is a great place to work and this is critical to making us a better business attracting brilliant people.”
We are looking for enthusiastic, inspiring, and committed people to join our growing team.
