Desired Qualification and Experience
- Should have Master’s Degree in Business Administration & basic Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of on-site experience with proven skills in writing and editing proposal content / reports and preparation of presentations within a complex business environment.
- Confident and accomplished in the use of a variety of graphics packages (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) as well as presentation software.
- Excellent written English language skills are essential for this role.
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Projects developing Project Schedules
Responsibilities
- Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from technical and commercial teams.
- Preparation of reports and forms, related to proposals / bids.
- Preparation of presentation related to proposal scope and structure.
- Assist the Bid / Proposal Manager in developing a proposal structure
- Excellent time management / prioritisation skills.
- Attention to detail and meticulous proof-reading skills.
- Work with the rest of the WIN team to create engaging and eye-catching imagery and visuals which will make the bid / proposals stand out.
- Have flexibility to support other business functions and projects.
