- Screening and scoping studies
- Reviewing technical reports produced by others
- Management of Social and Gender issues during the construction phase of projects
- Social and gender baseline collection
- Social and gender impact assessment
- Rehabilitation and resettlement
- Land acquisition
- Gender Action Plan and inclusivity
- Public consultation, disclosure and stakeholder engagement planning
- Labour rights management planning and auditing
- Ecosystems services and livelihoods
- Gender analysis and management planning
- Indigenous people development as per IFC performance standard/ world bank guidelines
- Should be conversant to IFC, World bank guidelines, equator principle
- Working with the wider multidisciplinary team across different sectors (infrastructure, industries and energy)
