Following recent major project wins, including North East Link, our Transport business is seeking a Roads and Highways Leader in Victoria to manage and deliver Iconic Australian projects, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the roads group within our wider transport team, focusing on embedding technical excellence at the core of everything we do.

As the Roads and Highways Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading our roads and highway projects, developing our people, working to build our pipeline of opportunities, and enhancing client experience, including:
About you
You are a recognised leader in the highways industry with experience working on Victorian roads, and highways, bringing established relationships with relevant governmental agencies and contracting clients. You are an inspiring leader who thrives on motivating and driving success across your teams, projects, and your client groups. With a university degree in Civil Engineering and either holding or aspiring to obtain RPEV certification.
