About the division
The Water Consultancy Division is Mott MacDonald’s centre of excellence for responding to water and wastewater challenges, offering fantastic opportunities to get involved in diverse and technically challenging work. The work we do is at the forefront of ensuring safe water supplies for future generations and protecting our environment. Our multi-disciplinary teams provide a variety of services throughout the full project life cycle, from advisory services and feasibility studies, through outline and detailed design, to construction support and site supervision

Overview of the role:
Having been appointed to a large UK water consultancy framework in 2024, we are looking for a new Process Engineering Lead. This technical and strategic position requires someone keen to build on the good work done in establishing our position on this framework and drive the development of our process engineering solutions to deliver value for our client.
This is a key role on the framework and will involve leading a growing resource pool of process engineers in our Western region to plan the strategic delivery of water and/or wastewater treatment solutions and deliver technically excellent outputs to meet client needs.
The role is expected to develop and evolve in line with the framework requirements and the candidates’ own skills and development areas. It offers an excellent progression route within the business and the opportunity to develop future-proofed services and solutions that embrace latest innovations in digital technology and process engineering science. It also offers the opportunity to develop the next generation of talent within our business.
