  • Managing and monitoring a busy HR email inbox and allocation of tickets via Service Now (SAP)
  • Onboarding new starters into the system and monitoring probationary period
  • Managing the administration component of terminations, role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment
  • Preparation of letters and other documentation
  • Maintaining employee files and filing
  • Producing reports from the HRIS system
  • Answering HR related enquires and ensuring they are dealt with correctly in a positive, friendly, and professional manner
  • Working effectively in a small team to achieve operational targets
  • Be developed to support HR activities across the APNA region
  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders from within the region
  • Supporting the HR team with administration duties as required
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams within Thailand, Asia and Australia as required
  • Qualification :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration/Human Resource Management or any other related field  is desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills and take pride in delivering to a high standard A relevant qualification in a HR related discipline (or similar)
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing conflicting priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills enabling you to ‘think outside the box’ when seeking opportunities to improve service or processes
  • Ability to contribute positively and effectively toward team outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Possess good stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across different regions and cultures
  • Be self-motivated and solutions focused with a passion for people and HR service delivery
  • Previous experience with HR systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors, will be highly regarded.
  • Capable of learning new methodologies, skills and tasks that align with the business need.
