IT Team Lead - Application Development

Key Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Team Lead, you'll be immersing yourself in a variety of projects, learning alongside software engineers, solution architects, and other IT professionals.
Your role will encompass:

• Providing accurate work estimates for ServiceNow projects
• Directing and participating in the development of ServiceNow solutions
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards
• Mentoring and developing the skills of the ServiceNow development team
• Liaising with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Staying current with the latest ServiceNow updates and technologies

Candidate Specification:

• A minimum of 10 years of development experience in ServiceNow development (including scripting and application development)
• Strong background in software development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Familiarity with various ServiceNow modules and applications
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and estimation skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Desired Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
• Agile project management; Agile Scrum Master certification preferred
