Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the GEDSI Action Plan (GAP),
  • close collaboration with technical team members and the  MERL team. 
  • Managing the overall implementation and reporting of the GAP. 
  • Integrating GEDSI into the Feasibility Study (FS) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED), 
  • as well as related activities such as social surveys, bidding, and tender documents.  
  • Collecting evidence and utilizing GEDSI disaggregated data to support the technical team’s efforts
